SPREADING POSITIVITY

Hi guys! I haven't posted in a little while as I've had a lot of personal things going on. Nevertheless, I am back with a post that I hope will encourage some - or at least one - of you as everyone needs a little support and encouragement now and again, right?

Important things to remember:

  • No matter what anyone or your own thoughts tell you, you ARE beautiful, you are NOT worthless, you ARE strong and you WILL be okay!
  • Surround yourself with good, supportive and kind people. If you're around people who make you feel bad about yourself or down, don't be afraid to take a step back and cut ties with them.
  • It is more than okay to put yourself first! You are just as important as those around you. Be kind to yourself, you deserve every bit of happiness.
  • Making mistakes is also more than okay! Everyone has made mistakes, you just grow wiser from them - you're still learning.
  • Sometimes the smallest acts of kindest mean the most. Never forget to show those around you some love!
  • If you have a passion for something, never ever stop doing it. Push for it and keep with it. It'll be worth it in the long run. Even if the biggest obstacle gets in the way, there will always be a way around it.
  • You are enough.
  • And you ARE loved. Always, always, always, by more people than you can possibly imagine.

"a sea can't sink a ship unless water is let into it, so the world's negativity cannot bring you down unless it is let inside you."

You've made it this far so keep going, I know that sometimes it is hard to do so but things can turn around in an instant. You are capable of so much more than you think!

Thanks for reading.

Until next time, be you and keep smiling.

Love,

T .x
